Although the utmost care is taken to ensure all products are supplied and installed with no problems or issues, if there is ever any problem with the product then this is dealt with purely by Cornwall bedrooms.
If there was a problem and once you have contacted us we would come back to you to discuss this and arrange to come back to rectify the problem and if any parts are required we contact our suppliers, order any parts required and then come back and rectify the problem.
You, the customer, do not get involved at all with this process and will not be changed for any parts or labour due to any manufacturing defaults.
If an accident has occurred and you have damaged your product we will also do all we can possible to ensure that we can rectify the problem with the minimum fuss and minimum cost to yourselves.
We never would not return to rectify any sort of problem although these issues are very very rare.
